Ken Butler is a protean artist and performer whose career takes in the inscrutable "downtown" music scene as well as the phenomenon of immersive culture in Williamsburg in the 1990s. Ken Butler has recorded on John Zorn's Tzadik label and he has been featured in dozens of exhibitions, articles, and interviews. Among his distinctions is that of being probably the only artist in the world to have had simultaneous shows at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Museum.
